SHIPPING / TRACKING

I placed my order 5 minutes ago, why haven't I received it yet?

  • We try to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. Orders containing made-to-order items generally take a bit longer for production considering we have to order and then do the rest in house. Sometimes, we may be backed up on orders and may require additional time for processing and packing. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us and we can try to speed it up for you. We are not Amazon and we do not guarantee two-day shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • You will receive an email notification once your package ships with a tracking number. Please note that packages only start their journey during the next few days during business hours. If you receive your shipment notification email at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon, that does not mean your package is in transit. It means it was boxed up and is ready to go out the next business day. Your package will begin its journey once it is in USPS' hands and scanned into their system. Please be patient.
  • Post offices are closed on Saturdays after 1pm and all day Sunday. This means, we do not ship packages at these times. If you place an order on Saturday, chances are, we won't start working on it until the next week.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

USPS tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

  • Please contact your local post office regarding your package. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in this case. We would have to file a claim with USPS for a missing package, which can take weeks. If the tracking says, 'delivered', we generally have no case against USPS. Please check with neighbors or ask your mailman to see if anyone can locate the package. Packages are scanned every step of the way, so if it says it was delivered to your address, it must be around there somewhere! 99.9% of the time in these cases, the package tends to show up.

  • Yes! Please visit our returns and exchanges page for more information on how to return your item.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

None of your items are exactly my style. Can you create something custom just for me?

  • Yes! What makes LOZ Outfitters so special, is the ability to offer one-of-a-kind items that fit your style. If you don't see a design that looks like your style, just send us an email and we can help you out. Once you let us know what type of design you'd like and what items you'd like to customize, we'll send you an estimate and get started.

Wait, how do custom orders work?

  • We can create custom designs, and then apply the custom artwork to most of our products available. Just send us an email to get started.

How much do custom orders cost?

  • Every custom order is different and prices vary. Please contact us for an estimate regarding your custom request.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

  • That depends. We receive so many custom requests, that it generally takes about 2-3 weeks before we can even begin working on it. There is almost always a line out the door for custom orders. Please be patient, as these take time. If you need something ASAP, we can bump you to the top of the list (for a fee, of course).
  • Again, all custom requests are different, so if you're interested in a project, the best way to get your answers would be to email us directly for a timeline and an estimate.

Helloooooo.. I emailed you last week. Why haven't you responded yet?

  • If you have emailed us and are currently awaiting a reply, we genuinely apologize for the delay and thank you for being so patient. We do our best to reply to customer emails as quickly as possible, but sometimes we might to fall behind (we are human too). We generally respond to emails within a few hours, but sometimes it may take a day or two to get back to you. If a week passes and you have not received a response, please resend the email and we will get back to you ASAP. Also - please be nice.

I take super adorable pictures and would love to model your products. Can you send me some free stuff?

  • Unfortunately, no. At this time, we do not offer any sponsorships or ambassador program.  We do, however, encourage you to share any photos of you with LOZ Outfitters gear on Instagram and tag #LOZOutfitters. We very often re-post customer photos and tag you for credit. This is a great way for you to gain followers, while helping us spread LOZ Outfitters to future customers!
  • Please do not tag us or message us asking for a shout out. We love you, but we don't do that.

I love love love your stuff and want more! When will you have new designs?

  • We are constantly working on new designs and fun new products for our amazing customers. Please check the shop for any new products. We generally feature them on the homepage in the "New Additions" section.

Where is LOZ Outfitters located? Do you have a storefront?

  • LOZ Outfitters currently operates out of our building in Warsaw, Mo and we have our own storefront! If you are in the area you are more than welcome to come in and meet us. We just can't give you a tour of the facility for safety reasons but the store is a great place to visit. Our schedule for the store is Monday, Wednesday-Saturday from 10-6 and Sundays 11-3
